Live At The Chapel Nambour
Live at the Chapel Nambour re-launched a new FREE monthly live music event last month and it was a huge success.
Our second event will be held on Saturday, 3 June 2023 commencing at 6pm.
Hosted by Ignite Church Nambour in conjunction with Aussie Grown Radio, this month we showcase Aaron Partridge with his band The Brothers of Redemption performing a road-worn blend of blues-rock and country-gospel-soul with original songs guaranteed to encourage and uplift.
The support artist is classic rocker, Nick Reeve with his band Soulchase. Their music reflects the magic of 80s rock and is God inspired and kingdom focused.
A family friendly event with toe-tapping music from some experienced rockers.

Cavalleria Rusticana
Set in Sicily, Mascagni’s short Opera “ Cavalleria Rusticana” tells of love, betrayal, and vengeance in a small rural town. Triddu, a handsome ex-soldier, rejects his girlfriend Santuzza, for Lola, the vivacious wife of Alfio, the local bigshot.
Tenor Colin Dunn, soprano Vanessa West, mezzosopranos Viera Keogh and Margaret Taylor, and baritone Ian Rix, will bring these characters, their inspiring vocalizations, and the inevitable climax, to you.
Kim Kirkman will lead some 50 singers and 25 orchestral members in some of the best-loved Italian music ever written.
The Easter Hymn and intermezzo are best known, but soloists, chorus, and players will delight all ages throughout this masterpiece.
Shows:
- Saturday 10 June, 3pm
- Sunday 11 June, 3pm
- Saturday 17 June, 3pm
