2) In Australia, approximately 140,000 diagnostic errors occur annually, resulting in an estimated 21,000 serious injuries and between 2,000 to 4,000 deaths. Dijana’s talk will address this pressing issue, and present solutions, stressing the urgent necessity for change in health leadership.
