Parcels of Peace are hampers created by members of the community and local businesses who come together to provide for those in need.

Salt 106.5’s Steve D caught up with Murray Boyton from the Rhythm Initiative at Aura to talk about this important initiative.

What started with 13 hampers five years ago, has grown to see over 140 hampers being prepared to bless the community for Christmas this year. “We’re getting our community to come together to provide hampers for those that are in need, which includes households that have a parent in prison,” Murray explains.
