Sunshine Coast Council’s Caloundra Regional Gallery curator and manager Jo Duke chatted to Mornings with Fee about this year’s Sunshine Coast Art Prize – with a huge $25,000 first prize up for grabs.
In its 16th year, the Sunshine Coast Art Prize 2021 has attracted 425 entries, with 40 finalists currently on display at the Caloundra Regional Gallery until October 10, and of great excitement for the region, 22 finalists came from Queensland plus a further six from right here on the Sunny Coast.

The public has until September 19 to vote for the People’s Choice Award and go into a draw to win a voucher for the gift shop.
All the winners will be announced on September 23.
