Sunshine Hospice

The Sunshine Hospice Limited Charity Has Been Established To Provide Specialised Nursing Care To The Terminally Ill In Our Community.

The care and support that will be provided in our hospice is based on a philosophy of care which addresses people’s physical, psychological, social and spiritual issues. The aim of hospice care is to attend to people’s physical symptoms and pain and help them find comfort, peace and dignity at the end of life. We will specialise in personalised palliative care and an all-encompassing approach, tailored for people diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Additionally support and information/counselling is available for family and friends to assist with grief and bereavement. Our Mission: To provide specialised hospice care in partnership with the community for people of all ages who are dying. Our Vision: To provide home-like hospice care for people who are dying and their family and friends. This holistic care is based on a team approach, best clinical practice and excellence through continuing research and education.
